Location:  Brookings, SD or Sioux Falls, SD 
OVERALL FUNCTION: This person will oversee the functional areas of the loan servicing

This individual should have a bachelor’s degree and five years years of experience in the loan servicing industry, or the equivalent. Must have a strong knowledge of mortgage lending, including FHA, VA and Rural Development Loans.
1. Lead the team and develop an atmosphere of teamwork, open communication and unity. Provide oversight of all services offered. Actively mentor staff and ensure they are trained, evaluated, and motivated to perform their responsibilities in an effective and progressive manner.
2. Manage all aspects of the mortgage loan servicing function. Overseeing the escrow administration functions, ensuring funds are disbursed timely and efficiently.
3. Manage the acquisition of mortgage servicing rights. Ensuring the bank is meeting requirements.
4. Oversee the investor remittance as required by investors. Provide oversight to the department to ensure files are submitted timely and accurately.
5. Ensure all investor and insurer default management policies are properly implemented.
6. Ensure compliance with all investors, insurers and regulatory agencies and participate in compliance training when required.
7. Write procedures to standardize department operations. Identify, address and recommend to management necessary policy and procedure changes.
8. Document, standardize and measure key processes; promoting quality control and efficiency.
9. Complete assigned projects as designated by the Loan Servicing Manager.
10. Act in accordance with FBT policies and procedures as set forth in the employee handbook.
11. Adhere to compliance procedures and participate in required compliance
