Overall Functions
This person will provide support to the Sr. Operations Management Officer, which includes assisting with development, implementation and support of all FFG software systems..

Qualifications  
This person should have an associate’s degree and a minimum of two years of prior experience in systems administration or the equivalent. This person should have a basic understanding of the factoring industry and FFG systems. It is necessary that this person possess good communication, analytical, technical and organizational skills.
 
Responsibilities
1. Provide support with training and customer service as related to the division Client Web and Mobile Application products.

2. Perform audit review of documents with division of completeness, validity and accuracy according to determined policy, ensuring that all compliance measures have been accurately met. 

3. Maintain filing system for all reports and other items as required in network virtual storage system and factoring software.

4. Provide excellent customer service and address and/or coordinate with appropriate department(s) as it relates to questions regarding invoice processing, credit and/or collection inquiries and release of funds.

5. Provide assistance with creating reports, tutorial, manuals and training guides for process, procedures and/or software products of the division.

6. Gain a working knowledge of all vendors’ products and functions within the division.

7. Communicate directly with the Sr. Operations Management Officer and Project Operations Manager regarding all issues related to the above mentioned duties.

8. Act in accordance with FBT policies and procedures as set forth in the employee handbook.

9. Adhere to audit and compliance procedures and participate in required compliance training.
