  • What do I need to do each qualification cycle to receive easyJAMS Checking rewards?
      • Make ten (10) purchases with our Visa Debit card. (Purchases must be posted, not pending. ATM transactions excluded.)
      • Enroll in Online Statements to receive your statements electronically. You can save Online Statements to your computer and view them whenever you like.
  • If I meet the qualifications, when will I receive my rewards?

      In the statement cycle after you qualify, just purchase downloads at the iTunes Store using your First Bank & Trust Visa Debit card, and your easyJAMS Checking account will be credited for the amount of your purchase(s) up to $5 at the end of that statement cycle.

      Unlimited ATM fees will be refunded to your account at the end of your statement cycle.

  • Do iTunes rewards expire, and if so, when?

      Yes. Your $5 iTunes rewards expire 30 days from the end of the statement cycle1 in which they were earned. You will receive an email confirming your awards availability and the expiration date.

      Your $25 iTunes Sign-Up Bonus expires 60 days from the date we open your new easyJAMS Checking account. You’ll receive an email confirming your sign-up bonus availability and the expiration date.

  • How do I make my iTunes purchases?

      You must use your First Bank & Trust Visa Debit card associated with your easyJAMS account to purchase your downloads online at the iTunes Store. We will credit your easyJAMS account on the last day of your statement cycle if you have available download credits. (Available download credits would have been earned in the previous qualification cycle.)

  • If I use another financial institution’s ATM and pay a fee, when will I get my refunds?

      If the qualifications are met, unlimited ATM fees will be refunded to your account at the end of the statement cycle1 in which the ATM fees were charged.

  • Are fees refunded on ATMs used internationally?

      Yes. All ATM fees are refunded if the qualifications are met within that qualification cycle.

  • If I miss my qualifications by only one debit transaction, can I call in to get my $5.00 in iTunes and ATM fee refunds?

      No, sorry – rewards must be earned each qualification cycle. Exceptions cannot be provided.

  • What is a “settled transaction”?

      A settled transaction is one that has posted to your account. When you use your Visa Debit card, the merchant places a memo hold on your account in the amount of your purchase. It may take several days before the transaction posts or clears.

  • Is there a minimum balance requirement in order to receive my rewards?

      No. However, in order to receive the full Sign-up Bonus and monthly iTunes® rewards, you must have enough money in your account to make purchases at the iTunes Store.

  • Is there a minimum deposit to open an easyJAMS Checking account?

      No. However, in order to receive the full Sign-up Bonus and monthly iTunes® rewards, you must have enough money in your account to make purchases at the iTunes Store.

  • Is there a limit on the number of easyJAMS Checking accounts I can hold?

      Yes. easyJAMS Checking is limited to one (1) account per person.
