The Basics in Mobile Banking
If checking balances and viewing recent transactions are the only tasks you want to do from your mobile device, you might prefer text banking. Text banking is available from any mobile device - smart or not. Once you are enrolled, you can text your command to 89549 at any time to receive your information.

Text Mobile Banking simply requires a cell phone that allows texting.

Text STOP to un-enroll all accounts.
- What happens if I lose my mobile device?
To ensure your security, it is best to log into Online Banking from a computer and un-enroll your mobile device as soon as possible. When you replace your mobile device, you can re-enroll.
- What do I need to do if I get a new phone?
If you get a new phone, but are using the same phone number and provider, no changes on your part are necessary. If you switch providers and/or phone numbers, log in to your Online Banking account from a computer and update your information on the Options > Mobile Settings page.
- Can I use any mobile device to access my accounts?
No, you must use the mobile device enrolled with Text Mobile Banking.
We do not charge a fee for Mobile Banking. However, please be aware that standard messaging and data rates from your cell phone provider may apply.
