Dave Ciccolo joined First Bank & Trust in 2023, serving as President of FirstLine Funding Group and the Commercial Financing Division. In his role, Dave is responsible for overseeing all aspects of asset-based lending and factoring operations. His responsibilities include strategic leadership, business development, credit and operations management, and team development.
Dave brings a diverse background in financial services, corporate lending, business development, and portfolio management. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Regis University, double majoring in business administration and economics with a minor in computer science.
In his spare time, Dave enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his family. He currently resides in Denver, CO, with his wife Kris.

Bryan Hatfield joined First Bank & Trust in 2024, serving as Business Development Officer. Bryan is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships and providing expertise on factoring and asset-based lending solutions. With more than 20 years of experience, Bryan brings a diverse background in financial services, factoring, and asset-based lending.
Originally from Sumter, SC, Bryan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from The Citadel. Bryan is also a graduate of the Dale Carnegie and Sandler Training programs and is an active member of many professional and industry organizations, including the Charleston Defense Contractors Association.
Bryan now resides in Charleston, SC, with his wife and children. In his spare time, he loves to travel with his family, is an avid golfer, and serves as a tour guide for Old South Carriage Company.

Galadriel Cleghorn began her career with First Bank & Trust in 2008. She currently serves as Commercial Finance Underwriter. In this role, she is responsible for credit analysis, risk assessment, policy compliance, data analysis, and file review. Prior to this, she served as Senior Business Development Manager. Galadriel brought 17 years of prior experience in factoring, with a strong focus on the transportation sector before transitioning into commercial finance.
Galadriel is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the Secured Finance Network, International Factoring Association, and Women in Trucking Association. She also serves as a board member of the Ankeny Chamber of Commerce.
Originally from Ankeny, IA, Galadriel enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, Jorden and Noah. She’s a passionate sports fan and loves watching games with her family.

Sarah Cali joined First Bank & Trust in 2024 as Account Executive III. In her role, she manages general factoring accounts and client relationships, with a focus on risk mitigation and credit analysis.
Originally from Peoria, Illinois, Sarah earned her degree in marketing and insurance from Illinois State University, where she was active in Delta Zeta. She is also involved with the Secured Finance Network and International Factoring Association.
Before joining First Bank & Trust, Sarah spent seven years in factoring and account management, preceded by ten years in accounting. Her commitment to the community is evident through her volunteer work with the Dream Center, serving meals to the homeless, and her involvement with the school PTO.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, boating, and hosting game nights. She lives with her husband Tony and their two sons, Graham and Theo, in Peoria.
