Enhanced Business Digital Banking Experience is Coming!   

 

Our Business Digital Banking platform is getting an upgrade to include enhancements to our ACH, Positive Pay, Wire Transfers, and Business Bill Pay. These improvements provide consistent functionality across all solutions, making managing payments easier.





What You Need to Know

Starting June 24, you will see a new, easy-to-access Payments section on the left-hand side of your dashboard. This new design simplifies your experience in managing payment transactions.  

 

Utilizing the same account login and dashboard you enjoy today, you will benefit from the following features:

  • Streamlined Payments menu for simplified transactions
  • Fewer clicks required through intuitive and user-friendly processes
  • Updated security requirements for payment transactions
  • Payment processing is now available from your mobile device 

Business Digital Banking FAQ

Your Business Digital Banking will have all the same functions you’re used to, but with some convenient upgrades to make your business payments easier.

  • The launch of Business Digital Banking will occur in two phases. On June 17, 2025, customers will have access to basic functionalities, including logging in, viewing account transactions, accessing electronic statements, and performing internal transfers. Still utilizing the Cash Manager option for your online Cash Management services
  • Following this, on June 24, 2025, the enrolled Cash Management features will be rolled out to the PAYMENTS section (on the menu left bar) such as ACH origination, ACH and Check Positive Pay, Business Bill Pay, and Online Wire Transfers, providing more robust options for managing your finances. 

Starting June 24, you will use the PAYMENTS section to access and process ACH, Wire, Bill Pay, or Positive Pay transactions.  The payment solutions will also be available through your enrolled mobile banking application. 

Due to scheduled system maintenance, some Digital Banking features may be unavailable from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Tuesday, June 17. We apologize for any inconvenience. 
The EPS tab will now be on the left menu bar of the Dashboard page of the Business Digital Banking program.  
No, the alerts you had will remain as they are set. 
Yes, the Cash Manager section will continue to be available on the left side of the Digital Banking menu for a period of time. Some features, such as credit cards, reporting, and alerts will still be accessible through this section. 

The Business Digital Banking platform has introduced conveniently located PAYMENTS section for ACH, Business Bill Pay, Positive Pay, and Wire Transfers. Payment processing will also be available from your mobile devices. These enhancements allow for quick and easy access, enabling you to complete your payments efficiently.  

No, the entitled solutions and permissions will remain unchanged. However, you will now access these services through the PAYMENTS section on the left side of the Digital Banking menu. This tab will provide direct access to your ACH Origination, Business Bill Pay, Check and ACH Positive Pay, or Wire Transfer options. If you have three or more enrolled services, the PAYMENTS section will be visible; if you have two or fewer, the names of the enrolled services will be displayed instead. 

No, you will continue to access your digital banking through bankeasy.com. You will now have access to the PAYMENTS section on the left side of the Digital Banking menu. This will provide a more simplified and consistent process for managing your payments. 
Yes, your current login credentials will remain unchanged. Your Digital Banking ID and password be the same when accessing the enhanced Business Digital Banking platform.  
For the best experience with Business Digital Banking, it is recommended to use the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari. Please note that Internet Explorer is not recommended, as it no longer supports the minimum security measures required to keep your data safe. 
No, your current login credentials, including your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) code, will remain unchanged as they are set today. 
To access the Cash manager section on the left side of the Digital Banking menu. You will continue to use the token device or phone application as they are set today.  
No, your existing account balance, transaction, and deposit alerts will transfer automatically. To view your alerts, simply click on the desired account and then select the Alert Preferences button. 
No, your existing Cash Manager alerts will transfer automatically. To view your alerts, click on the Cash Manager menu, then select Options, followed by Alerts, and then Events. 
Scheduled payments will process normally during the transition. If you wish to make any changes to your scheduled payments, please go to “Cash Manager” on the dashboard to access and manage your payments. 
No, the External Transfer option is considered a consumer feature and is subject to consumer protection regulations. However, a business account can complete transfers to another financial institution through the ACH Origination solution, which is regulated by NACHA Origination rules. 
Currently, there are no additional costs for the basic Business Digital Banking services. However, please note that certain cash management modules and services may have associated fees. For detailed information on specific services and their costs, please refer to your Cash Management Sales Consultant or Business Banker. 
Once you have logged into bankeasy.com, with your existing Digital Banking credentials, you will see the PAYMENTS section on the left menu bar (if you have two or fewer solutions, the names of the enrolled services will display).  To enroll for additional services please refer to your Cash Management Sales Consultant or Business Banker. 
Yes. If you are enrolled to receive electronic statements today, you will be able to see them within the new Digital Banking platform both online and in the mobile app. Click on any account name and select “Documents.” Next, choose the account statement or notice you want to view. Up to 18 months of statements will be available. 
No, Business Digital Banking access will remain as it is today with access to the active account transactions and history.  
Yes, payment processing is now available from your mobile devices. Download the “First Bank & Trust” mobile app (search "BANKeasy") and easily manage your bank accounts from your smartphone or tablet. *
