How do I access the Business Digital Banking site?
The platform can be accessible through the BANKeasy.com website by selecting the Business Banking link, found in the menu located to the left of the log-in username box or going directly to accounts.bankeasy.com.
Please follow these steps:
1. Go to bankeasy.com
2. Click Login in the top-right corner
3. Select Business Banking from the Access Your Logins menu
What Internet browser should I use?
For the best experience with Business Digital Banking, it is recommended to use the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
Will I be required to authenticate with log-in?
Yes, business users will need to establish a method for authentication during log-in. This Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) will also be used to access the Cash Manger section.
Where do I submit my ACH, Wire Transfer, or Positive Pay transactions?
You will use the PAYMENTS section to access and process ACH, Wire transfer, Bill Pay, or Positive Pay transactions. The payment solutions will also be available through your enrolled mobile banking application.
Will I still have access to Cash Manager?
Yes, the Cash Manager section will continue to be available. Some features, such as credit cards, reporting, and alerts, will still be accessed through this section. We encourage you to utilize the PAYMENTS menu for more streamlined ACH, Positive Pay, Wire Transfer, and Business Bill Pay transactions.
How do I access my enrolled solutions
You will access these services through the PAYMENTS section on the left side of the Digital Banking menu. This tab will provide direct access to your ACH Origination, Business Bill Pay, Check and ACH Positive Pay, or Wire Transfer options. If you have three or more enrolled services, the PAYMENTS section will be visible; if you have two or fewer, the names of the enrolled services will be displayed instead.
Where do I find the Desktop Remote Deposit Capture option for my check scanner?
The EPS tab is on the left menu bar of the Dashboard in the Business Digital Banking platform.
Will I be able to complete external transfers to an account outside of First Bank & Trust?
No, the external transfer option is considered a consumer feature and is subject to consumer protection regulations. However, a business account can complete transfers to another financial institution through the ACH Origination solution, which is regulated by the Nacha Operating rules.
Is there an added cost for using the Business Digital Banking platform enhancements?
Currently, there are no additional costs for the basic Business Digital Banking services. However, please note that certain cash management modules and services may have associated fees. For detailed information on specific services and their costs, please refer to your Cash Management Sales Consultant or Business Banker.
Will I be able to view my past statements and notices electronically?
Yes, if you are enrolled to receive electronic statements today, you will be able to see them within the new Digital Banking platform both online and in the mobile app. Click on any account name and select Documents. Next, choose the account statement or notice you want to view. Up to 18 months of statements will be available.
