- Prior to shopping, be sure First Bank & Trust has your most up-to-date mobile number. Confirm your mobile number within Digital Banking. This will be the method our alert system will use to contact you via text and call if we see unusual activity on your card.
- If your card is declined, look for an immediate email, followed by a text and call from the Fraud Center to your mobile device. This message takes just seconds to respond to and is in place for your security. Follow the prompts on the text or call to confirm or deny your card activity.
- Always carry your First Bank & Trust credit card or checkbook as back-up forms of payment in the event you experience fraud on your debit card.
