Overall Functions
Design, administer, maintain, and support FBT’s corporate IT systems to provide best of class service to our employees, and in turn, our customers.  Work closely with all technology teams to ensure business continuity for all critical corporate IT systems.

Qualifications

This person should have a bachelor’s degree, plus five years of work-related experience or the equivalent. This includes but is not limited to supporting various Windows Servers, Unix/Linux Servers, Cloud based IaaS, PaaS, SaaS solutions, Microsoft Exchange, DHCP, DNS, Phone Systems, storage systems, Network systems or Virtualization platforms. Certification(s) highly desired.  Must possess a detailed understanding of cyber security and network Security concepts in support of a 24/7 business.  Skills in PowerShell and other scripting languages to facilitate automation of routine to advanced systems administration tasks.  Need to possess a strong understanding of service delivery and have excellent communications skills.  Must be self-motivated, highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.  

Will require infrequently lifting up to 75 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, and frequently lifting up to 25 pounds.  May occasionally work in environments louder than a normal office environment and use ladders, power equipment, and hand tools in completing job responsibilities.

Responsibilities
1. Design, administer, maintain, support and demonstrate ownership of three corporate IT systems including, but not limited to: Windows Server, Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, VMware ESXi, VMware Horizon VDI, Cisco UCS/X, Cisco CUCM/UCCX, Cisco Network Switch/Route/SDWAN or firewalls, Cohesity.

2. Design, administer, maintain, and support corporate solutions deployed via Cloud solutions including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Cisco Webex / Webex Calling, Microsoft 365, and others.

3. Establish and manage preventative measures for infrastructure support. Review change risk and perform updates during least impacting, non-business hours, when necessary

4. Plan and implement highly available system architecture that ensures viable disaster recovery and system restoration plans are in place, maintained, and tested for all critical IT systems.

5. Design and implement advanced system and service monitoring that simplifies troubleshooting and enhances system uptime.

6. Triage, research and resolve escalated issues. Report significant events to Management and keep detailed records regarding these activities.

7. Manage and engage vendors to assist with installation, administration, troubleshooting and timely resolution of issues.

8. Provide effective after hours support and be prepared to work other than regular business hours as necessary to meet business requirements.

9. Plan for future system capacity and execute related action plans.

10. Assist Management in the budgeting process by providing ideas, justifications, and documentation.

11. Leverage the IT ticketing system to prioritize and complete requests.

12. Communicate and maintain up-to-date, accurate, detailed documentation for corporate IT systems.

13. Keep current on industry trends and advances in technology relating to the use of computer systems in the financial vertical.

14. Adhere to compliance procedures and participate in required compliance training.

15. Act in accordance with FBT policies, procedures and privacy guidelines as set forth in the employee handbook.
