SpendTrack is a small business and commercial card management platform that provides your business with a central portal to manage your card program. There are two user authorities, Program Administrator and User.
Program Admin Functionality
User management
- Set up employee User access
- Grant access to other PAs as needed (PAs do not need to be cardholders)
Real-time card controls
- Lock/unlock cards
- Report lost or stolen cards
- Change credit limits (company limit change requires application and full review)
- Set spending limits
- Set allowable merchant types
Payments management
- Make one time or recurring payments (see billing option details)
- View payment history
- View, manage and download all transactions and statements
