Eric Anderson joined First Bank & Trust in 2026 as an Agri-Business Banker. In his role, he develops and maintains strong client relationships, reviews and analyzes financial statements, and identifies new business opportunities. He manages portfolio quality, ensures compliance with credit policies, and represents the bank through community involvement and volunteer service. Eric also stays informed on agricultural markets and industry trends. His banking career began in 2011 and has included roles as a part-time teller, personal banker, loan assistant, credit analyst, and ag/commercial lender.
Originally from Alcester, South Dakota, Eric graduated from Alcester-Hudson High School and later earned an associate degree in Financial Services from Southeast Technical College. He serves as chairman of the Ag Committee for the Greater Madison Area Chamber of Commerce, where he helps lead meetings and community events. Eric is also active in Junior Achievement and coaches youth football, basketball, and baseball in Madison.
In his free time, Eric enjoys golfing, spending time outdoors, and making memories with his wife, Erica, and their three sons, Nolan, Grady, and Baker.
