Justin has been in the finance and banking industry for over 20 years. Justin has help over 100 customers access over $100,000,000 in SBA funding throughout his career. In addition to helping these customers directly, Justin has more recently led a team of SBA bankers in 9 states with SBA loan production, averaging over $100,000,000/year. Justin is a very experienced SBA lender and is extremely knowledgeable of the SBA products and loan life cycle. Justin continues to participate in ongoing training to keep up with the requirements of SBA lending. Justin actively participates in ongoing training provided by NAGGL, local SBA offices, Coleman, and other industry experts.
Laura has been in the finance and banking industry for over 10 years with numerous roles held, but most notably in the SBA division. Laura has facilitated over 50 loan transactions amounting to over $30,000,000 in SBA funding throughout her SBA career. Laura is fluent in her knowledge of SBA rules and regulations as she has been involved in each step within an SBA transaction. Laura is an avid SBA promoter within her community and enjoys being able to see the customers she has helped, flourish within the community.
Magarita holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering from Fairfield University and a Master’s Degree in Leadership from St. Mary University. She has a decade-long career in Information Technology, fulfilling multiple global leadership positions within General Electric and Wells Fargo. During COVID, she transitioned to finance assist with the plight of fund dissemination within minority communities. In this role, she worked with Counties, CDFIs and MN’s Department of Employment and Economic Development…..to outreach, administer, and implement $120M, across 10+ programs, partnering with 20+ Economic Development agencies, and awarding over 6000+ small business owners. Magarita’s passion lies in demystifying complex financial tools for immigrant business owners. She lives in the metro and is involved in loan committees that enable lending for the unbankable. She travels the Metro promoting the SBA Lending programs.
