Paul Schuster is the Regional Mortgage Banking Manager for First Bank & Trust. Before starting at the bank, Paul built a 33-year career in the mortgage industry. He has held director, divisional VP, and regional leadership roles and spent 22 years as a senior partner with an independent mortgage lender in Edina, MN. In his current position, Paul is leading, building, and developing the mortgage banking team in the Minnesota market.
Paul holds his certification as a Minnesota Mortgage Specialist and was also the recipient of the MN Mortgage Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 2022. He enjoys outdoor sports and activities and spends as much time as possible at his family’s cabin in the Ely, MN area. He resides in Deephaven, MN, with his wife Randa and children Jordan and Jack.

Andrea joined First Bank & Trust in 2023 as a Mortgage Loan Officer II. With over 18 years of various experience in the banking industry as a leader and mortgage originator, Andrea manages and processes home loan purchases and refinances for her clients at the bank.
Andrea was raised in St. Paul, Minnesota, before attending Metropolitan State University and graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in writing and communicating with cultural competence. When not helping her clients at the bank, she enjoys spending time at her cabin with her family, fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Andrea and her husband Erick have two daughters, Katelyn and Avianna.
