What if I do not know my employer/payroll provider login information?
You may go directly to your employer/payroll provider's website to establish or reset your password. If you do not know your payroll provider or do not have access to an online user account through your employer/payroll provider, you will need to contact your employer for assistance.
What should I do if my payroll provider doesn't support digital deposit switching?
If your payroll provider doesn't support digital deposit switching, you can use a pre-filled form provided by the Deposit Switching service. This form can be provided to your employer.
How will I know if my direct deposit request was successful?
- You can log in directly to your employer/payroll provider system to verify the update.
- You may also set up balance and transaction alerts in Digital Banking under Alert Preferences for the account to which you changed the direct deposit.
Can I update my direct deposit for Social Security or other government benefits?
