Deposit switches typically take 1-2 pay cycles. 
You may go directly to your employer/payroll provider's website to establish or reset your password. If you do not know your payroll provider or do not have access to an online user account through your employer/payroll provider, you will need to contact your employer for assistance. 
If your payroll provider doesn't support digital deposit switching, you can use a pre-filled form provided by the Deposit Switching service. This form can be provided to your employer. 
  • You can log in directly to your employer/payroll provider system to verify the update.
  • You may also set up balance and transaction alerts in Digital Banking under Alert Preferences for the account to which you changed the direct deposit.
